The Protection Project is a small family-led awareness and support project created from personal lived experience. We are not doctors, psychologists, psychotherapists, social workers, legal professionals, or medically trained practitioners.

Our aim is to help raise awareness surrounding childhood trauma, emotional wellbeing, family support, and home-based emotional learning through educational content, printable resources, community support, and family-focused worksheets.

The information, activities, guidance, and resources provided by The Protection Project are intended for educational and awareness purposes only and should not be considered medical, psychological, therapeutic, safeguarding, or legal advice.

Every child is different. What may support one child or family may not be suitable for another. Families should always use their own judgement and seek guidance from appropriately qualified professionals where needed, including:
